where a various selection of sweets, breads, baked goods lovingly made by the pastry/baker chef are available.

Successively holding positions at "Fauchon", "Hôtel de Crillon", and "Four Seasons Hotel George V", Laurent Jeannin is one of Paris' finest patisserie chefs.
Presently, he heads the desert section of the long-established "Hotel le Bristol Paris", located on the "rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore" lined with high-end boutiques.
His work has contributed to the hotel in garnering an upgrade to a 3-star ranking by the "Michelin 2009 France" guide.
He has become a technical associate with the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel since 2002.
With every visit to Japan, Jeannin has continually introduced the latest Parisian desserts to Tokyo, and his annual visits are excitedly awaited by a multitude of fans.
He is also focused on passing on his insight and skills to the younger generation of patisseries in both Japan and France.
In 2011, Jeannin was awarded the "Pastry Chef of the Year" at "The Chef Trophies Gala 2011" held in France. In 2013, he was awarded as "Chevalier of the Order of Agricultural Merit".
