*Cancellation policy :
・The hotel will accept your cancellation without incurring cancellation fees provided that it is made two days prior to your expected arrival date, Japan time.
・Please note that we will assess 20% of the first night room charge for any cancellations made one day prior to the expected arrival date, and 80% of the first night room charge for any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the expected day of your arrival, Japan time.
・A no show will result in a 100% cancellation fee equal to the first night room charge of your reservation.
*Early arrivals :
・If your arrival is early in the day before 2:00 pm (*our check-in time is after 2:00 pm) and you need immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access.
*Late check-out policy :
・Our check-out time is 12:00 noon. A late check-out after 12:00 noon shall be accepted, depending on the room availability of your departure date, with additional charges as described below.
30% of the room charge for 3:00 pm check-out, after 12:00 noon.
50% of the room charge for 6:00 pm check-out, after 3:00 pm.
100% of the room charge for any check-out made after 6:00 pm.

*Twin, Deluxe Twin, Corner Twin, Junior Suite Twin, Executive Suite and Corner Suite rooms incorporate two separate beds, a size of 120×205 cm each.
*Parking :
・Located on the 3rd and 4th basement, can accommodate 375 vehicles.
・¥2,000 per night (up to 24 hours) for hotel guests.
・¥400 per 30 minutes between 8:00 am and 12:00 midnight, and ¥200 per 30 minutes after 12:00 midnight until 8:00 am.
