Check-in time is after 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

A late check-out after 12:00 noon shall be accepted both for Comfort Members and regular guests, depending on the room availability of your departure date, with additional charges.
・3:00 pm check-out, after 12:00 noon : 30% of the room charge
・6:00 pm check-out, after 3:00 pm : 50% of the room charge
・Check-out made after 6:00 pm : 100% of the room charge

Discounted charge at ¥2,000 per night (up to 24 hours) shall be applied for hotel guests.  Please kindly inform the receptionist at the front desk of your parking when you check-in.
Regular charges are ¥400 per 30 minutes (8:00 am – 12:00 midnight), and ¥200 per 30 minutes (12:00 midnight – 8:00 am).

Though we do not have rooms with three beds, guests may request for an extra bed with additional charges.

All Corner Queen rooms, and not all, but some Standard King rooms, Deluxe King rooms, Standard Twin rooms, Deluxe Twin rooms, Standard Single rooms and Deluxe Single rooms overlook Shinjuku skyline.

All Corner Queen rooms, Deluxe King rooms, Corner King rooms, Deluxe Twin rooms, Corner Twin rooms, Corner Suite, Presidential Suite, Royal Suite and Cerulean Tower Suite have a bath with a magnificent view.

Besides some package plans, all room rates for City View Floor (19F – 24F) and Sky View Floor (25F – 32F) do not include breakfast.
Breakfast is available at the following restaurants and by room service.
・Garden Kitchen “Caramelo” (LBF) : Morning Buffet or American Breakfast at ￥3,003 and Healthy Breakfast at ￥3,130.
・Japanese Restaurant “Kanetanaka-So” (2F) : Japanese-style Breakfast from ￥3,003.
・Room Service : American Breakfast or Japanese-style Breakfast at ￥3,234 and Healthy Breakfast at ￥3,450.

・The hotel will accept your cancellation without incurring cancellation fees provided that it is made two days prior to your expected arrival date, Japan time.
・Please note that we will assess 20% of the first night room charge for any cancellations made one day prior to the expected arrival date, and 80% of the first night room charge for any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the expected day of your arrival, Japan time.
・A no show will result in a 100% cancellation fee equal to the first night room charge of your reservation.
・Please note that cancellation policy differs if your booking is not made directly with our hotel, but through other sources such as travel agencies, online travel websites.

Room service menus such as Birthday cakes, a bottle of Champagne and Wine are recommended. We can place your guest’s name and / or short message on a cake upon your prior request.
Birthday cakes are either a Gateau Fraise or a Chocolate cake, ￥3,465 (15 cm in diameter) or ￥4,620 (18 cm in diameter) each.
