Check-in is at 14:00 and Check-out is at 12:00.
Is there a service to delay the check-out time for Comfort members?
Both regular and comfort member guests at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel check out at 12:00. Extension charges are as follows:
- ・Extension to 15:00 … 30% of the room fee.
- ・Extension to 18:00 … 50% of the room fee.
- ・Extension exceeding 18:00 … 100% of the room fee.
Extension requests may not be acceptable depending on the room reservation status of the day.
As I will be driving to the hotel, is there a parking discount service?
There is a 24-hour discount service for staying guests.
Please present you parking ticket to the reception desk. There is a \400 fee for every 30 minutes over 24 hours.
There are no rooms with three beds.
We can put an extra bed in a twin room (\5,775 service charge, tax included).
Is it possible to specify a view when making a reservation?
If a preference is stated at the time of reservation, we shall prioritize your request.
However, there may be no rooms available that meet your request. Please consent to this in advance.
Which rooms overlook Shinjuku?
The rooms overlooking Shinjuku are the single, some of the standard twin, some of the deluxe twin, the corner double, the Royal suite and the Cerulean Tower suite.
Which room types have a bathroom with a window?
The deluxe twin, deluxe king (double), corner twin, corner queen (double), corner king (double), Royal suite, Presidential suite and Cerulean Tower suite are all rooms that have a window in the bathroom.
Does the room rate include breakfast?
Excluding some plans, the indicated rates do not include breakfast.
For breakfast, Garden Kitchen Caramelo has Western style buffet and American breakfast while the Japanese restaurant Kanetanaka Sou has Japanese style breakfast (\2,772 each, service charge and tax included). American breakfast and Japanese style breakfast can be ordered from room service (\3,234 each, service charge and tax included).
*A Western style set breakfast is provided in the restaurants on the 40th floor for guests using the executive floor free of charge.
(Use is limited to junior high school students or older.)

It will be my travelling companions' birthday so can you do something special for them?
Room service can bring a birthday cake and champagne and/or wine to your room at a requested time (charged service).
A name or message can be written on the cake using English or Japanese characters. There are two sizes of cake diameter: 15cm = \3,465 and 18cm = \4,620 (both include service charge and tax). Two types of cake are available: gateau fraise (shortcake type) and chocolate cakes. Please reserve your request two days before your stay.
